STUDENT LOANS: I charge $100 for a 30-45 minute initial student loan consultation. Nationally, there are very few attorneys who have my expertise or experience with student loan issues. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to sort out what is going on and how I can help you. Few people can FULLY & ACCURATELY describe the details about their student loans and issues to me without me having to review some of their loan data, and give them guidance to sort out their situation. If I cannot help you at all, you can ask me to waive the consultation fee.
BANKRUPTCY: We waive the $100 minimum fee for the 30-45 minute initial consultation for bankruptcy cases because:
the court has fee guidelines and rules depending on the type of bankruptcy to be filed and I will tell you those;
almost all other bankruptcy attorneys in Colorado offer this;
I can answer your questions but we will need to consult futher and gather significant information before we can file your bankruptcy.
